Cisco Controller 4402 - Stuck On Boot Process

Hello all..

We are running a WCS 4402 controller for our wireless.  Major problem is, when starting up, it freezes at a certain point:

This is what we get:

Bootloader 4.0.217.0 (Apr 12 2007 - 17:46:14)

Motorola PowerPC ProcessorID=00000000 Rev. PVR=80200020
        CPU: 833 MHz
        CCB: 333 MHz
        DDR: 166 MHz
        LBC: 41 MHz
L1 D-cache 32KB, L1 I-cache 32KB enabled.
I2C:   ready
DTT:   1 is 34 C
DRAM:  DDR module detected, total size:512MB.
512 MB
8540 in PCI Host Mode.
8540 is the PCI Arbiter.

Memory Test PASS

That's it.  It will sit there forever.  Is there a way to reset to factory defaults without accessing the CLI?  Anyone have any suggestions?  We are dead in the water here...

Thanks.

Thank you.  We are replacing

Thank you.  We are replacing the device with a 5508.

One follow up:  Will I be able to restore a backup from the 4402 to the 5508 or will I have to manually config the new controller?

Thanks again!

You won't be able to pull out

You won't be able to pull out the config because the appliance is dead.
