The MSE software is not and

The MSE software is not and has not been released an an ISO image.  The image file for MSE are compressed Linux Packages.  If you can still boot the MSE and get to the console, then here are the steps needed.

1. You need a CCO ID to download the software

2. Place the image file in the FTP folder that you have set up to use as a repository

3. Follow the following instructions from the Getting Started Guide:

Hi guys,I can re-image MSE

Hi guys,

I can re-image MSE following steps above but I want to also destroy DB which I suspect is corrupt.

I remember I had a question before on another install asking if I wanted to delete DB and license (I was on the console port). When I want to do the same now over SSH connection I am not getting an option to delete DB... Is this only available on the console? I know that deleting DB and re-imaging will fix my Java error problem that's why I need both.

Any help much appreciated
