Cisco Wireless Lan controller 2504

Hi,

I have a Cisco WLan 2504 controller which after a reboot has lost network connectivity, when I connect via console it is stuck on loading image, Please help as I am not knowledgeable with Cisco stuff and only bought this as it has web interface.

Contact Cisco TAC and get the WLC RMA-ed.

Thanks, But the device was working fine, it still fires up seems like OS image has becomen corrupt can I not just restore it? I have the image file downloaded can I not just copy to compact flash?

Hasin did you try to reboot couple of times. Is it still stuck on the same screen.

Device might be fine but the CF isn't.

Nothing we can do to help you with this. You need to open a TAC case and they will either walk you thought the image upload or they will RMA the wlc.
