Cisco WLC Auth ?

You mean management or users authentication?

Management can be done via radius or TACACS+ but not directly to the windows AD.

User authentication can use AD directly using local EAP feature with LDAP. There is a limitaiton however on the EAP types that you can use. (PEAP-MSCHAPv2 for example does not work).

You can also use LDAP to directly authenticate via AD with webauth WLANs.
