Is there a way to show (from CLI) a WLAn summary similar to the WLC "Monitor" page on the GUI?
I'd like to be able to capture the WLAN's in use, and how many clients in each WLAN. I don't want details on all individual clients, just a summary.
"Show WLAN summary" does not give this; what I guess I'd like to accomplish is a "show WLAN CLIENT SUMMARY" with 10 lines, if I have 10 WLAN's. Exactly like the gui monitor "top WLAN" on the home page...

You can use "show client wlan <wlan_id>" CLI command to get what you want. You may have to issue it 10 times if you have 10 SSID
(WLC) >show client wlan ?
<WLAN Id> Enter the WLAN ID
Example
(WLC) >show client wlan 22
Number of Clients in WLAN........................ 1009
HTH

It would help to know what model of WLC and software version you're using because AireOS and IOS-XE commands are different?
