Compatibility between 4400-50 and 5508 Controller

Folks,

I have a doubt. I do have at present 4400-50 , which have 50 N-Access Points installed and it is full. This is deployed already. Now I need to add around 80 N-AP's . Can I propose 5508 series controller? Will it be compatible with existing 4400-50 WLAN controller?

Depends on the firmware of the 4400.  If the firmware of the 4400 is 6.X (or later) it should be able to work with the 5508.  I recommend that you transfer all your APs connected to the 4400 to the 5508.
