Hi everyone, our boss decides to purchase 1941w Router & he asked me to do the necessary configuration. my knowledge in CISCO router is a CCNA level & i've never configured an embedded AP or ADSL line on a router before.
the topology is as the following:
as for the wired Network, we have one LAN (192.168.1.0/24) connected to GE0/0 (192.168.1.254/24) on router & has the ability to access the internet which is ADSL configured as ATM0/0/0
as for the wireless network ( now here is the problem) what i want is the following:
i want the wireless network to share the same network with the wired which means 192.168.1.0/24
i want to use WPA encryption
how to configure the AP?!!!!!!
this is a true challenge for me. After a lot of searching, most of the sample configuration overthere is about creating two VLANS!!! & two DHCP Pool.
i really appreciate a simple configuration.
