I agree with everyone here... You need to understand what you want as far as HA like George mentioned and then you need to review the design guide. Your AP's are old and the 1200's are not supported if you are purchasing the HA sku WLC. If you plan on keeping those access points, then you need to purchase another WLC with licensing. This way you have redundant WLC's that is similar to HA N+1 design.
To understand what works with what. Ice versions, here is the matrix. Again, if you purchase an HA sky WLC, you need to run v7.3 or later. HA SSO you want to run v184.108.40.206 MR2 which is stable.
