Whether can we change the location, if AP is working.is it will afftect the network liveness?

Yes, changing the country will cause a reset.
Wireless->Country and check and confirm the country and it's domain in the "List of access point models and protocols supported per country and regulatory domain"
Thanks for your help. we changed the country code. Now its working good.
