Country settings for 1142 AP

If I have these two models connected to 7500,

AIR-CAP3602I-Q-K9 and AIR-LAP1142N-P-K9

I need to enable the

Japan 2(P) - enabled

Japan 4(Q) - enabled

correct?

Reason is I am receiving reports of users not able to connect intermittenly, especially near the 1142 models. They are getting the usual windows message that they cannot connect to the ssid. Sometimes it works.

How do I turn on debug on these few APs? Please help.

Hi Jagan,

Yes you rae right, you must enable P, and Q both.

If you want to see the logs then please paste the output of this command:

From WLC:

debug client
