Deploy 2504 with local L-EAP

Can the 2504 be deployed in such a way that it will have an SSID and have each WiFi client connect to the Access Points with their own username and password credentials? These credentials are to be kept locally on the controller.

I believe this is possible but I want to confirm if it will be a seamless deployment, meaning that nothing will have to be deployed at the user's end.

thank you in advance

Yes it is a supported method.

Yes it is a supported method. But stay away from LEAP as it is NOT a secure protocol anymore. See below for more details about LEAP authentication process & how easily it can crack

PEAP is the preferred EAP method if you do not want any client side certifications/management.
