Device is no longer responding to primary management requests (snmp)

HI Experts ,

In my site i am running with WLC 4404 with software version  7.0.116.0 . I have configured CA spectrum monitoring tool .

Frequently in my monitoring tool i am getting the below alert

" Device MYSITEWLC01 of type GnSNMPDev is no longer responding to primary management requests (e.g. SNMP), but appears to be responsive to other communication protocol (e.g. ICMP). This condition has persisted for an extended amount of time. An alarm will be generated "

On WLC  i am able to see  SNMP Authentication Failure: IP Address: 192.168.1.222 ( this is snmp device ip )

Can anyone please help me in getting the rootcause of the issue .

Was it working before or just stopped.  Did you verify that the the CA is included in the trap reciever?
