2. 1131G supports WPA2 authentication, the 1121G does not (though it does support AES encryption)
3. 1131G has a console port, the 1121G does not
4. 1131G is the newer model and will be supported longer by Cisco
However, keep in mind that 1131s normally have two radios. The 1131AG is the standard 1131-series AP, and the 1131G is only really used in countries or environments that ban the use of 5GHz. And even if you are in such a country/environment, the 1131G is a far improved model of the 1121. You should not order 1121s unless you're really looking to save a buck.
