As to what is the best on it all depends on what you want to use it for.

The 350 is 802.11b only and is not field upgradeable runs VxWorks

The 1100 is 802.11b but is field upgradeable uses a fixed antenna uses IOS

the 1200 is a dual band radio you can use 802.11b and 802.11a at the same time is field upgradeable can run VxWorks or IOS I would recommend going the IOS version if you are buying now.
