Different images for the AP's?

Hey,

We've got 5 AP's version AIR-CAP1602E-E-K9 connected to our WLC 2504. Everything is working great.

Our company bought 5 additional AP's version AIR-CAP1602I-E-K9 for remote sites.
We start the AP's, he notice the WLC, and a new image is being downloaded. But after the reboot, the new AP's keep on rebooting.

Any idea what we can do?

Must I add somewhere an image, specially for these AP's? If so, where can I do this? :$

The IOS of the APs are

The IOS of the APs are controlled by the WLC.

If the APs do a reboot loop, then power down the AP for about 10 seconds and then power them back up.

I've just tried 2 other AP's,

I've just tried 2 other AP's, and it is the same behavior ...

So i guess it has something to do with the images.
Or with the way I connect (over a VPN-tunnel, this is a tunnel between ASA and cisco 8xx).

Look at your log.  Pay close

Look at your log.  Pay close attention to the time and date.  Notice it's "1 Mar"?  This means that the APs cannot "see" the WLC and something is blocking the communication between the APs and the WLC.

Please ensure your firewall and/or VPN has UDP ports 5246 and 5247 enabled.   It also doesn't hurt if you enable UDP ports 12222 and 12223 as well.
