Duplicate ACK in logs with 1841 hwic 801.11abg

The attached picture is a capture from my wireshark while downloading some file with my wireless connection.

MY router its a 1841 with a wireless module to which i connect to.

Can anyone provide me with some helpfull feedback regarding the cause of these errors?

tcp adjust-mss is configured on all interfaces and so is mtu 1492 for my ADSL dialer interface.

I have the feeling that this isnt normal :-)

The same capture while using UDP is entirely clean so i know that it itsnt a problem with the physical

wireless connection but a matter of setup.
