ERROR LOG #APF-1-ADD_TO_BLACKLIST_FAILED

Hello.

i have a log in my WLC 5508, this log is:

apfReceiveTask: Feb 17 11:59:03.132: #APF-1-ADD_TO_BLACKLIST_FAILED: apf_ms.c:5580 Unable to create exclusion-list entry for mobile 6c:b7:f4:8b:8b:79

This user is triing to connect to the guest ssid in a WLC ANCHOR

I look for this log and i found that

This is security alert. A mobile station was blacklisted but could not be added to the list due to internal error.

But no exist a workaround for this problem.

what kind the problem is this log. do i need to open a ticket with the CISCO TAC support?

Thanks

You should open a TAC case as we don't have the inside info that TAC has:)

Hi,Did you get an answer from

Hi,

Did you get an answer from Cisco that you can share with the community  ?

Herve, that was a problem

Herve, that was a problem with the mobile device, the IPAD had a problem with the version of the WLC.

I upgrade the WLC to the version 7.4.121 and the log gone.
