First off, are you trying to have this AP join a WLC? What version is that WLC and is the country code for the WLC configured with US? Some of these logs are not know to use, but TAC would know. Its easier to tell us on the forum what's wrong and also providing us with information that can help us troubleshoot your issue.
If your AP isn't joining the WLC, the best thing to do is to console into the AP, capture the output, reboot the AP and let it sit for 5 or so minutes and then post that. The output will show you why the AP isn't joining the WLC.

also provide the information:
From WLC: sh sysinfo
FRom AP: sh version
and paste the bootprocess from AP.
I think my problem is with the WLC having country code of both TW & US then one of our APs got TW country code so if you can help me to remove the country code of TW in WLC then problem should be resolved. Please advise. Thank you vey much.

Thank you for jumping in to help. When we unselect the 802.x, the whole wifi system will disconnect to all AP units, am I right ? then it will affect all users. Please advise. Thanks again.
