You can use any 2.4GHz or 5GHz omni directional antenna, but you will need three. Since this is outdoor, distance can vary depending on the surrounding environment. Also when looking at antennas, be carefull you don't over power the client. You will also need a custom mount for the antennas. A NEMA enclosure is required if your AP will be mounted outdoors too and you will also need to cable to the antennas. I use Sparco Technologies when I need cutome enclosures, cabling, etc. Here is a link to their enclosures:

Here is a link for the antennas, make sure you use an outdoor rated antenna.

You may want to rephrase the question as to the farthest distance your wireless clients can broadcast....
the 1250 is a powerful AP, but you will find some of your clients experiencing what is called the "near/far" issue in which the wifi stations can hear the AP, but the AP cannot hear the stations.
