See if this helps.

The answer varies domain to domain.

That's a good comprehensive global overview.  Besides the sheet Stephen just provided Nikhil, every AP's data sheet/white paper lists it's radio characteristics such as supported channels/power levels/etc.  Regardless, they all fall within the contraints of the applicable regulatory domain as Stephen stated.

For example.

1140

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps5678/ps10092/datasheet_c78-502793.html

1260

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps5678/ps10980/data_sheet_c78-593663.html

3500

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps5678/ps10981/data_sheet_c78-594630.html

Etc Etc.  Each one will shows "it's" own capabilities, but Stephens list should be a good catch-all for regulatory constraints.

10 km?  Dude, I'm just down here in Australia.  I think I could get coverage.  Just make the signal bounce a few satellite birds and ...

You'll need to use a dish antenna for that.   AIR-ANT3338 (2.4Ghz) or ANT58G28SDA (5.0Ghz).

You may want to turn off Diversity and only use the LEFT antenna.

Scott, Leo alwayz helps with the birds and antennas ..LOL

Leo, do we support this antenna with all outdoor AP, I am specially looking for 1552

Leo, do we support this antenna with all outdoor AP,

Yes.  This is why both antennas have a "survival" wind speed.

I am specially looking for 1552

1552?  I don't think this will work.  If you say, 1250 then I'd say it might work.  Haven't seen anyone trying to shoot anything with a dish before using wi-fi.

I have, however, seen someone use a power amplifier and him climbing up the wifi tower with the amplifier turned on.  Boy he didn't take it well when a few of us told him that he ought to turn off the amplifier before servicing the tower or he'll run risk of not having babies with two eyes.
