Heat map Site Survey with both 2.4 and 5 GHz radios on?

Is it OK perform a 5GHz Heat map Site Survey with the 2.4 Ghz radio enabled on the AP?

Using the AP-on-stick method.

I would be just looking at the 5Ghz data to determine the coverage and ignoring the 2.4 Ghz data.

Anything wrong with this? or must I disable the 2.4Ghz radio on the AP?

I don't really see any issues with that.  I have done 5GHz surveys with dual band AP's.  I just turn off the 2.4 view and only view the 5GHz data.
