Hi All,
recently installed the AP 350, and can work properly.
But today, I cannot see the status of the radio, only ethernet port is UP.
Therefore I can't use the wireless client card at all. No signal at all.
How to solve the problem?
TIA,
Andi

Login to AP350 via http-gui interface and check that "Requested Status" on AP radio Advanced Pager is set to "UP". Pl. visit following url for that,
Also what is the status of Indicator LED on AP350 for radio? Here is the different status for Top Panel Indicators on AP350. Pl. see which one is applied

Hi,
Thanks for the information.
I opened the setup webpage of AP, then choose Setup.
Under Network Port I can only see Ethernet. No Radio.
Why is the radio disappreared from the setup ?
Is it because hardware problem?
Please help.
TIA

Hi,
additional info about the status light.
1. The ethernet is blinking green (normal)
2. The status is blinking green 50% (normal)
3. The radio is off (normal) because no client is active.

Looking on the status, it seems that the radio module is dead. We can confirm that if you can plug the console cable with the AP and capture the console bootup log of AP.
So let me have a console bootup log posted here.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your kind help.
BTW I've contacted cisco technical assistant, and she confirmed it's hardware(radio module) problem.
I'm lucky because this AP is still under warranty, so they'll send me a replacement.
Regards,
Andi
