Is it true that if we are 11 people to use the Wi-Fi technology in a specific room with one access point it will be devided by 11Mgb/11 = 1mgb/people ?

Yes thats right.

remember: if you have 5 people at 2Mbit "ring" of the ap not everybody has 2 mbit (bc we have 11Mbit) also the 2mbit are divided with 5 users.
