How can I obtain a firmware when Cisco vendor hopeless
On 5/July/2010 I attempted to download the updated firmware for our 4403 Wireless controllers (AIR-WLC4400-K9-6-0-199-0.aes)
I was met by a "you must have a valid Technical Support Services Agreement". First off if I own a 4400 and the firmware resolves some problems Cisco should supply me with the firmware free-of-charge and shouldn't force me to deal with a third party who are a will hold me to ransom. Poor product support Cisco.Anway I contacted the vendor who it turns out we have a support contract with. They send me a quote for a support contract, morons. The long and the short of it is they're still f$%&ing me around and all I want is the firmware update. Can anyone please help me in obtaining this update?
