How to get Username Password to download WLC 2112 Firmware

Hi  I ' m tecnical at  University in thailand 

we have WLC2112 runing firmware version 5.2.193.0

at WLC Log It show error DHCP-3-ADDR_NOTIN_POOL

I notice some user cannot access wireless lan because  notebook cannot obtain IP From Controller

I would like to update Firmware but  it ask for user and password ?

How can I download a WLC Firmware? Please advise

You will need a CCO account and Smartnet. Then you should be able to download code from CCO. You will not be able to download code if you don't have support in that particular device. If you do have smartnet and can't download the code, then you should open a case with TAC. They would be able to help you.
