how to login and manage 1200 G-series Access Point

I have several 1200 G-series Access Points that were already setup and configured before I arrived here and now I want to be able to manage them and at least be able to login and view the config on these.

how do I do that?

Either with a web browser (just point it at the APs IP address), by telnetting to the APs or by plugging in a console cable and using Hyperterminal. In any case you'll need the credentials to log in, the default username/password is Cisco/Cisco . If they've been changed and you have no record then you'll need to perform password recovery on them.
