How to reset firmware in a 340AP

Hi, I just recently got a 340 AP(used) and still has the previous owner's Username and Password set, and i would like to upgrade the firmware and reset all the usernames and passwords in the AP so i may set my own. I am unforunatly unable to get the old UN/PW from the previous owner. Any Idea's on what i can do?

For many HW/SW-combinations this is documented in"Password Recovery Procedure for the Cisco Aironet Equipment":

In most cases this will be a factory reset. The previous configuration,

including username/password, will be lost.

For VxWorks versions 11.07 and newer it's as simple as a ":resetall" on the

serial console in the first 2 minutes after a reboot.
