I just upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Prior to the upgrade my Cisco USB receiver was functioning just fine. Since the upgrade however not even the blue led illuminates on the USB receiver.
Is the issue because I upgraded to Windows 10, or could there be other issues?
If that is the issue how do I go about correcting it?
Do I have to load drivers on to the computer for the USB receiver to work with Windows 10?
Did the USB receiver come with a CD for the original install? If so I have then misplaced that CD, and would need to get the drivers from somewhere.
If that is the case, can I download them from the internet (on another computer) on to a thumb drive and load the drivers onto the computer in question that way, or do I have to get the drivers from Cisco in the form of a CD?
