interface profile failed

Dear folks,

I have some AP's [1250],connected to WiSM, which shows the status of some interface profile failed and noise profile.

Some AP's[5/60] shows interface profile failed and some AP's [8/60] shows noise profile failed. What would be the reason for it ?

How can I correct it ? Waiting for your response.

Regards,

Siddarth.

Re: interface profile failed

Hii Siddharth ,

There is Threshold for noise/Interference which u can set for each Radio type , when the noise level exceeds that value , then u will the noise profile failed.

To confirm , you can go to Monitor->802.11->select AP and find what is the noise detected for diff channels.

Thanks

Vinay
