I went in the SDM wireless interface created a new Vlan100 with a SSID MGuest and gave it an ip of 192.168.2.1.

Then I created a DHCP pool for that specific vlan, thats all.

Thank you!

Hi,

what is the power source of the AP?

Power Supply, PoE (what kind of, poe switch, poe incetor, forign poe device (not Cisco)).

If it is a ios ap and prestd. PoE device (also ASA5505) try

power inline negotiation prestandard source

on the AP.

If it is connected by lwapp to a wlc try:

(Cisco Controller) >config ap power injector ...

Martin

Its a 1811W router running 12.4(15)T4 enterpr. ios i believe.
