I want to restrict access to the management port ie. BVI1 using an ACL. I can't see a way to do it using the HTTP GUI so I want to do it using the CLI. My question is....are there ramifications of using the CLI instead of the GUI or vice versa? Is there a document where this is discussed?
Ok....just wanted to confirm. I had opened a case (F048903) with TAC regarding this and it was strongly suggested that I should apply ACLs using the GUI rather than the CLI. Using the CLI makes life much easier as I can apply an ACL directly to the BVI1 interface where the GUI restricts you to the FASTE or RADIO interfaces only.
