I'm sure that at least some of them can. We are using a couple of Netgear cards, which with the latest drivers is supporting LEAP along with our Cisco cards, including TKIP/MIC. The only thing we don't like is the fact that the cards driver requires that you store the wireless username/password in the client rather than being prompted for it or using the Windows password. I guess that means YMMV when using 3rd party cards.
There is a new Cisco card out, same price as the old, that does 801.11a/b/g and is very nice. Its the AIR-CB21AG (laptop) and the AIR-PI21AG (Desktop)...
