Issue with Creating interface in WLC

Hi all,   recently I have cteated a new WLAN for a wireless phone system, I also added an new interface and associated it with new WLAN. but failed to connect via laptop, error as following:

Client Deauthenticated: MACAddress:4c:b1:99:91:c0:66 Base Radio MAC:a0:cf:5b:c2:29:60 Slot: 1 User Name: 7925 Ip Address: unknown Reason:Unspecified ReasonCode: 1

Now, I did find out that the IP address assigned to that interface can be reached via the PING option on the WLC web Page, but can not ping from PC.  is anything else need to be done?  thanks in advance.   Roy

Issue with Creating interface in WLC

try to reproduce the issue

have the following debug enabled

debug client < mac address of the client >

Show run-config from the controller

highlight the ssid at which the client is trying to connect
