Issues with regular client deassociation

Anyone seen any situations where clients are getting de-associated regularly (every 5 to 10 mins) on a 5508.  Was seeing it on 6.0.188.0 but just upgraded to 6.0.196.0 with the same issue.  Turned off ALB, Rouge Detection on the AP etc but still seeing issues.  Running 1142's and 1252's.  Only thing of not in the management logs are EAP Request retries being exceeded on the clients.  Just getting a message with a Reason of unknown, Code: 1.

Got a TAC case open but thought I'd post in case anyone had seen similar.

I see the same issue on our newly installed WLC 4402. Please update if you hear anything from TAC.
