As noted in other threads on the forum, if you are using the lightweight version of the AP, there is an error condition where the AP LED on the LAP-1131AG access point LED will display the light green color (typically indicating normal operation) when it is unable to obtain an IP address via DHCP.

This is a known bug that Cisco is in the process of remediating.

Thanks for the response. I was getting frustrated and should have been more specific, sorry. The AP is an Aironet 1200 series and it has a static IP. It has been in a territory "war" with another Cisco AP of which I have no control over. The other party set the other IP to broadcast over "a" only and that seemed to help a lot. Now I am trying to fine tune signal drops and disconnections. I noticed that at times the bottom (radio) light stays solid green and couldn't find out what that meant in the LED TS chart.
