I'm unable to connect to the mgmt port of my 2100 controller. I go through the setup and give port 1 on the WLC an ip address on what is our vlan 110. Port 1 is then assigned to be the management port. I tagged the vlan as 110 on the controller side, but have also tried it as untagged. On the switch side, I assign the port the WLC's port 1 connects into to vlan 110. I get green lights and a connected status on the switch side, but the WLC is unable to ping its gateway. What am I missing? I tried a trunk on port 1, and it formed but I still had no connectivity. I thought a trunk would be configured on the other non management interfaces, but thought I'd give it a try.
