MSE 3350 upgrade 6.0.202 to 7.0.240

Hi Guys,

I am facing a issue during the MSE backup. The backup are failing.

messages errors :

Last Status:	The last Backup operation has failed.
Message:	Backup file FTP failed : Server closed connection, reason: Connection closed without indication.

java.lang.NullPointerException
