I have another question for you. Could you help me with this?

IS the any difference between VxWorks and IOS software platform in 1200 Series Access Point?

Version 12 and above starts to support Vlan for both platform. Can I create each Vlan with different encryption key length and with TKIP and broadcast key rotation enable on a VxWorks paltform. I know IOS supports different types of profile, such as unique SSID, Encryption key length and with or without TKIP enable or Broadcast key rotation.

Currently there is complet feature parrity between VxWorks and IOS ie anything you can do on one you can do on the other but as development moves forward this may not always be the case.
