Hello,You didn't list the

Hello,

You didn't list the exact part number, as one part number can support up to 50 APs

AIR-WLC4402-12-K9

4400 Series WLAN Controller for up to 12 Cisco access points

AIR-WLC4402-25-K9

4400 Series WLAN Controller for up to 25 Cisco access points

AIR-WLC4402-50-K9

4400 Series WLAN Controller for up to 50 Cisco access points

For the first two part number, there is nothing to be done other than getting new hardware

If you have limited budget and your network won't scale fast, I would recommend 2502 controller

It supports up to 75 access points and supports up to 1000 clients ,, I believe its cheaper than 5500

Hey, For this part number,

Hey,

For this part number, you will need to have another hardware.

There is one thing that worth to mention, you can't take the backup file directly from one platform to another. This scenario isn't supported.

Other than that, I don't think about any difficulty moving to new hardware.

In the addition, you  can have the new codes with all its features.

Cheers,

Nour
