no of wireless users

Hi,

We have purchased cisco linksys WRT54G device.

We are interested to know how many wireless users can connect to this device. (like these many g users, b users, a users)

hey man:

i tried to get the same information on a different device with no luck. i think the CONSERVATIVE rule of thumb is twenty five users per AP on corporate grade hardware. Given the fact that you can get third party firmware for the device, i would think you can handle that with the right firmware.

an alternative would be to spend 5K on a wlc2006 and a few access points. I have eighty users on a three ap network with no complaints.
