no web admin in 1200

I have an Aironet 1231 with firmware version c1200-k9w7-mx.123-8.JEA. I am not able to get the web administration page via https (http is disabled). My browsers IE and Mozilla shows it as not responding. I have several other APs with similar configurations which work.

Here's my configuration:

interface BVI1

ip address

no ip route-cache

ip default-gateway

no ip http server

ip http secure-server

ip http help-path

ip radius source-interface BVI1

Re: no web admin in 1200

do a

'dir flash:'

you should have a directory, typically the name of the software image your running... In side that directory should be several more which contain the required files for the web interface. likly those files are missing.

Yes, everything in the 'flash' directory is as it should be. Going into the image directory, I do have the html directory, and inside flash:/c1200-k9w7-mx.123-8.JEA/html/level/15 I have all the necessary files. At least when I compare it to the directory of a working 1200.
