I encounter one issue in AP. Not sure why the directory of nvram does not have any file and cannot write memory to the AP.

AP#wr

%No memory available
%No memory availablestartup-config file open failed (Not enough space)

AP#dir nvram:

%No memory available
Directory of nvram:/

%No memory available
%Error calling getdents for nvram:/ (Unknown error 89)

What does 'show startup' show?

/André

There is configuration in the startup. However, once i reload the AP the configuration will be lost.

Not sure why cannot save the configuration in the AP

What is the output to the command "dir flash:"?

The routers NVRAM might be faulty and if so you need an RMA and that is a issue that must be solved through TAC.

You can try the following first. Just press enter to confirm:

ROUTER#write erase

Erasing the nvram filesystem will remove all configuration files! Continue? [confirm]

[OK]

Erase of nvram: complete

ROUTER#write memory

Building configuration...

[OK]

ROUTER#

Above you see how the router should respond.
