Ya - I guess I'll have to hunt another one down...

Awwww ... too bad.

Hey Heath,

Can you console into the WAP (again) and post the output to the command "dir" please?

Good Morning... Here is the output

Can you try this:  Monitor > All AP > Details > Choose the WAP in question > under Admin Status > Enable

Go to the Advanced Tab and under Power over Ethernet settings, make sure nothing is ticked.

Yes I did that as my first step as I have run into that before.... But this time no luck....

I am blown away that two brand new devices designed to work together are so cumbersome to get working.

Well if you are still having issues, you might as well just try to upload the image back onto the wlc. erase the configuration on the wlc and start from scratch.  Might as well put the 7.0.220.0 code on the wlc.

Upgraded to 7.0.230.0 and nothing has changed.... I beginning to look at the whole WLC option as a piece of CR*P

Did you erase the configuration and start from scratch... not a restore from backup either.  That has helped me in the past a few times.

Just tried - clear all config in AP and WLC ..... Same issue....

About to go out an buy a Meru

Well since you cleared the wlc config... the last thing I would do is this from the console of the AP:

config t

Entered the username and password (Cisco is the default)

debug capwap console cli

erase /all nvram:

I don't know... I haven't had any issues so far with a 2504.  Might as well open a TAC case so they can actually see your settings.
