Operational status goes down on dot11radio interface

Hi all,

I need help solving the following problem…

I have 8 LAP-1231-E-K9 and 4402 WLC connected onto a network. The controller found the AP's. But it brings the Dot11Radio interface operational status to DOWN on every restart on the WLC or the LAP.

Here is the output that I get from the LAP on startup:

That is normal.... but only if the radios come up after you see the "LWAPP change state to up".

Well the thing is that it does not come up after that, it is still down...

Is the radio enabled on the WLC? how is everything setup?
