This is a document describing the QoS and therefore CoS.

At page 15 your specific question will be answered.

But it wont hurt if you take time and read the entire document.

Yes it's a helpfull file, but I need somthing belong to cisco press, because I need to undersand the level of --IP Precedence and Class of Service from 0 to 7 also IP DSCP what Class Selector means ?
