It looks like the LinkSys SRW224P does not support Cisco PoE. The 1200s use legacy Cisco PoE and do not support the standards-based 802.3af PoE that the LinkSys uses.
You can either order a power injector from Cisco or you can simply plug the AP into the wall. I hope that helps!
