Anyone have any creative ideas to provide power to AP's in a large open area? An outdoor manufacturing plant where it's not conducive to run copper and the AP's will be in odd locations.
is it possible to run fiber? you could use fiber to go directly to a 1500 series AP. (Quite expensive) or run to a poe+ converter box, or use a external power supply. could be cheaper then the (quite nice) 1500 solution.
