Problem with Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7925

Hi all.. Am facing a problem with my wireless infrastructure when i implemented voice in the network. Am using cisco wireless ip phones (7925) and i have to cover both the indoor and outdoor areas. In the outdoor areas i can see that in some areas even if the coverage is more than 60% the voice quality is poor and there is only one way communication happening. That means when u are talking to someone  and you are walking along and when u reach these particular areas then you cannot hear the other person's voice but the guy at the other end can hear your voice. If there is problem with the signal the call should be disconnected ryt?.. But here the call is active and the other person can hear your voice but you cannot. I am using 802.11g standard in my network. Please advise me regarding the optimum settings for good voice quality. All the access points in my network are light weight APs and am using 4 4402 controllers in the WiSM ( two 6513 core switches).thank you.
