Problems in getting connected...

Hi guys...

In our office we have a Cisco Linksys Access Point. At a time a max of 5 will be connected. We do the MAC authentication. Every day when i start my work i am finding a great trouble for getting connected to network. It takes atleast 15-20 mins and i need to restart the system atleast 2-3 times.

Can any one help me to fix the problem. Give me your suggestions.

In my house i have Netgear wireless router. I never had any difficulty in connecting to it. It connects in very few seconds. Only in my office every day i am facing this hethic problem.
