Problems with 1242ag initial config

Hello all.. i got a new aironet AIR-LAP-1242AG-E-K9 and i am been requested to configure it..

i'm having hard time doing it, since according to all the manuals and informations i found i should be able to easly do that trought web UI or CLI.

here some informations:

http is disable, so no Web UI

the "configure" command look to not exist, here what "?" show me:

with no "configure" i stuck since i can do nothing!

You are running a controller-based IOS.
